Agency:The Agency will have a board of up to 15 directors and, like the LHINs, the directors, the Chair and the Vice Chair will be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (LGIC). The board will hire the CEO, who shall not be a director, and will set the remuneration of the CEO within the ranges established by the Minister.

There is no requirement for meetings of the Agency board to be open to the public.

Service Accountability Agreement: The Bill provides for a process of notice and negotiation of a SAA but reserves to the Agency the authority to eventually unilaterally impose the terms and conditions of the SAA.
