March 18th at 1:00am:

  • shelters are open (including a Dixon Hall run Out of the Cold)
  • garbage
  • emergency services
  • partial city services

Not open or minimal

  • no libraries, city owned galleries, centres
  • advised to close all licenced day cares
  • restaurants and bars should close except for takeout and delivery
  • workers should work from home – to reduce risk of spread and it will also reduce demand.
  • casinos are closed

Out of the Cold

Just call central intake and the out of the cold program has opened Dixon hall at Bleeker and Carleton St. They are able to take 45 guests from 6pm to 7:30 am. Every day. Members need to go at 5pm to get a space.
Beaches ootc is open Monday’s at 140 Wineva St. until April 13th. Knox United on Friday night until April 10th.
